Our classes are by no means gender specific, everyone is welcome at any class, however, we wanted to create a class for men to feel super comfortable. Whether you weight lift, do sport, have a strenuous job or just have a lot of aches and pains, this is the one for you. Men absolutely should do yoga and deserve a bit of zen in their lives too!
