Once you've booked a class please download the 'Momence' app using the same email and password used to book a class or buy a membership. All of your class bookings can be managed easily there.
If you cancel a class before the cut off period of 1 hours prior to a class you will be refunded in class credits to your account or can rearrange your class pass to another day. Pre-paid/class packages or usage-limited subscriptions will be automatically added back to your package or usage limit.
If you cancel a class less than one hour prior to class this is classed as a late cancellation. If you cancel late or no show 3 times per month on the third time you will be charged an £8 cancellation fee. Please see our policies page for details regarding waitlists.
