Full Body Shred

A full body, equipment based workout for everybody. A full body sweat, strength and resistant based class focused on targeting the entire body. Expect to sweat, increase your endurance and gain a healthier heart. Each class will be a little bit different and will always include regressions and progressions for all different fitness levels.

Lower body burn

Target and sculpt the entire lower body in this equipment based workout. Expect to feel the burn in the entire legs and glutes using a mix of weights, resistance bands and Pilates style movements. Each class will be a little bit different and will always include regressions and progressions for different fitness levels. 

core and upper body conditioning


A mixture of push, pull, core conditioning and cardio. Expect to sweat using a range of equipment. Weather its picking up your baby, wanting to improve your posture or carrying shopping bags there are so many benefits of improving your upper body strength and this class is the perfect place for it.
