Aerial training is a very fun and very impressive art form. Training in any kind of aerial will not only improve your physical strength, endurance, posture and flexibility but also increase your serotonin levels, release endorphins and improve your self esteem as you try a new hobby.
Our fully equipped and insured aerial studio is suitable for children aged 5-14 as well as adult flyers. All classes are suitable for beginners and have limited numbers to ensure full support and coaching for each flyer.
Each class will include a full warm up to warm up the joints, get the heart rate up and improve flexibility. Floor based strength drills, preparing the body and building strength before moving on to equipment based strength drills. We will then demonstrate and break down different tricks on the equipment and spot each student as they are learning. There are always regressions and progressions we can recommend depending on the students ability and how long they have been taking the class.
We use a range of equipment including Aerial hoop, hammock and silks, as the students progress we begin to put tricks into full routines.
Mats will always be used and flyers will it never be left unsupervised. Classes are split into age categories.
